This is the 29-year-second old’s arrest in the last few weeks.

The actor had been “irate” before tossing the chair, according to the Hawaii Police Department.

‘Half-inch cut’

“A 29-year-old Vermont tourist was detained for second-degree assault after an altercation at a property in Pahoa shortly after 01:00 HST (12:00 GMT) Tuesday April 19 2022,” the police department stated in a statement.

“Police established that the subject, subsequently identified as Ezra Miller, grew enraged after being asked to leave and apparently hurled a chair, striking a 26-year-old female on the forehead, resulting in an estimated half-inch cut,” according to the report.

The woman “refused treatment” for her injury, according to police.

At a karaoke club last month, Miller was arrested and charged with harassment and disorderly behaviour.

After growing enraged by a version of Shallow from the film A Star Is Born, the actor allegedly seized a microphone from a lady singing and lunged at a man playing darts, according to police.

Last Monday, the man and woman who had filed a temporary restraining order against Miller abandoned it.

Their lawyer remained tight-lipped about the cause.

Perks of a Wallflower, Trainwreck, and the Fantastic Beasts trilogy have all featured Miller.

They will play Flash in DC’s next film The Flash, which will be released next year.

According to Rolling Stone, after Miller’s initial arrest, Warner Bros. and DC officials met and agreed to put any future projects with the actor on hold.
