Camila Cabello addresses ‘worst mental state ever’ amid ‘crippling anxiety’ woes
Camila Cabello, an award-winning songwriter, finally opens out about her “crippling anxiety” and how she eventually found a way to seek assistance.
“I was cripplingly nervous and was in the worst mental health situation ever,” the singer said in an interview with People magazine.
“Then, at the start of the epidemic, I took a sabbatical.” I began going to counselling and attempting to feel better.”

“I don’t see how this is going to happen for me if this process doesn’t help me feel better, and if it’s not me being honest, vulnerable, and unfiltered.”
“It was my objective, was simply to be myself, whatever that looked like at the moment,” she continued.
Cabello also revealed that all of her previous challenges will be “front and centre” on her upcoming album before closing. “It really doesn’t get much more personal than that,” she says of her plan to “simply word-vomit into a mike in the guise of a song.” “I was just going through the motions.”
